Hey! I’m Jessica, a certified Pilates Instructor with a love for movement, breath, meditation and the magic of transformation that naturally follows. I’m a big believer in the power of mind & body connection and I feel so grateful to be able to share that with others every day.

My passion for wellbeing began in my early twenties, after being diagnosed with endometriosis and later navigating depression. It sparked a real obsession with understanding how to feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and it led me here.

FLOWT was born to share the methods I have learnt. It’s rooted in the belief that when you let go of what weighs you down, you rise. At its core, FLOWT is about creating space in the body, calming the mind, and building strength from within—so you can float into the best version of yourself!

With yoga and the launch of my signature transformation program ‘Metamorphosis’ coming soon, FLOWT is only just at its beginning. I’d love for you to be part of the journey and we can be part of yours.

FLOWT BLOG: THE HISTORY OF PILATES 

Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates, a German-born physical trainer in the early 20th century. He developed the method after battling various illnesses in his youth. He became passionate about improving his health. During World War I, Pilates was interned in England, where he used the techniue to help rehabilitate injured soliders.....
